One of my favorite effusion cases EVER

What is the most interesting cavity effusion case you’ve seen in practice?

I’ve seen a lot of cool ones, but this is one of my favorites. Pleural effusion in a 4 year old hunting dog from KY. These buggers were SO rare in this effusion, but when I found them I did a little doobie dance since it was the answer to the dog’s illness– Blastomycosis!
